Owned by Ashley Nelly, ASHNELL Interiors is the ultimate one-stop shop for homeowners as they embark on transforming their home. After 25 years in the marketing, advertising and communications space, Ashley retired from corporate America in 2019 to follow her passion of home interiors, which stemmed from watching her mom run a successful interiors business for over 30 years. She started ASHNELL with organization in mind, skillfully revamping closets, pantries and kitchens to be more useful; this bloomed into helping her clients with their home interiors.

Ashley’s aesthetic is best described as calming and comfortable. She is known for her soft and sophisticated color pallet and mixing organic and modern textiles with old and new furniture.

Ashley is hands-on with every project and aspires to help each client create a home that is both beautiful and customized to their lifestyle. She guides each client through the decision-making process while also serving as a liaison to communicate design intent to builders and subcontractors. Her corporate project management experience translates nicely into managing home projects, she strives to keep vendors on time and projects well-documented and within budget. Her favorite part of her job is helping each client find their unique style, then creating a home that reflects who they are and how they live.

When she’s not working with clients, you can find Ashley spending time with her husband, Christian, and her two beautiful Labrador retrievers, Bay and Breezy. Ashley is also an accomplished children’s book author, and had her first book, The Adventures of Bay & Breezy, Bringing Breezy Home, published in 2021, with the second, Lost in the Zoo, scheduled to publish in early 2024.
